Both Jumbled and our clothing store, iglou are growing and we are looking for the perfect person to come on board to help us achieve our goals.
You will play a vital role in the day-to-day successful management of our growing business.
Our ideal team member must have a passion for both fashion and interior design products, and pride of ownership for every task they take on.
Manage all social media – with the ultimate aim of creating awareness, strong and consistent branding and the generation of sales as a direct result.
Work closely with the in store team as to new arrivals, what customers are asking for etc. Direct the girls of what content is needed. Duplicate the in store experience online.
First point of contact with all customers - prompt replies that use the language of our brands. You will be expected to answer all email, Facebook and Instagram queries swiftly. Our customer service aims to go above and beyond.
Work closely with Management in our online strategies. Take direction, but also use your own creativity and ideas.
Blogging and creating content – interviews, styled images etc.
PR AND MARKETING
Generate press, brand awareness and sales
Create strategies and goals with measurable targets
Liaise with magazines, press, bloggers and influential

Online shop to be launched at the start of 2014
Liaise with suppliers to obtain all images and info to be uploaded
Upload all info into the system
Ultimately manage the site and data
Attend buying trips so that you know exactly what is arriving
Excellent time management skills. A perfectionist is preferable.
Good communication and written skills
Understand social media
Sales, PR, online marketing, photography and eCommerce management
