When we found the block of our dreams, we just knew that we would build our forever home here. As soon as we laid eyes on this picturesque western facing space overlooking Spring Creek Dam and Mount Canobolas in Orange - this was it!
Our first phone call was to my school friend Felicity from Studio Esteta. Felicity, and co-founder Sarah, worked with us to renovate our store The Sonic, so it was a no brainer to reach out! We had a few ideas of what style we wanted to go for, I've always been inspired by Moroccan architecture so we had a jumping off point to start mood boarding!
Speedy and I wanted to build a home that would withstand the test of time - this is where our kids will grow up, future grandkids will play and eventually where we'll grow old. This is where a really considered floor plan is super important! You want a house that works with you, not against you.
Studio Esteta were able to create rendered images of how the spaces would come together and it was so easy to see that this was exactly what we were looking for!
