It’s her use of bright colours combined with soft pastels that makes us love Adele Naidoo art so very much. Perhaps her inspiration comes from growing up in South Africa surrounded by the bright and beautiful colours of nature, but she has taken that bright palette of childhood wonder and transformed it into the gorgeous works you see for sale in the art collection at Jumbled. Since we started working with Adele in 2018, we have seen her collection grow and change, always producing the kind of pieces that we all want to own… If only we had more wall space!
Adele picked up her roots from South Africa and moved across the world to New Zealand to complete her studies in Education before moving on to Perth to pursue her love of interior design, which eventually led to her work in graphic design as well. These days Adele is based in Shanghai with her hubby and two sons where she works as an Art Director and Art Teacher, when she’s not creating the amazing works she supplies to us at Jumbled of course. If we didn’t adore Adele Naidoo art before, this whirlwind story has us falling completely in love with her now.
Adele’s work is a pretty combination of pastel colours and bold brush strokes with bursts of colour that give off a relaxed and calm feeling. There’s plenty of feminine vibes that come through in each piece with the soft pastels she uses, but the passion that Adele Naidoo art works are known for is always lingering behind the soft façade, giving it that girl-power kind of feeling that makes us want to roar. Come visit us and see for yourself or we can get your favourite piece shipped directly to you, either way we know that you will see the beauty of Adele Naidoo art and the minute you lay eyes on it, it will have to be yours.
You wouldn’t think that abstract shapes and clashing colours could ever make something as beautiful as an Alicia Beech piece, but the proof is right here. In all of its bold and brave glory, Alicia Beech art is inspirational. Working with so many colours, she creates the kind of pieces that energise you instantly and make you feel that little bit stronger and that little bit braver, just by looking at them. You can tell that Alicia really lets go when she’s creating, and the final result makes us all sit back and stare in wonder at the finished product, where everything seems to magically come together. Alicia, you go girl!
As an only child, Alicia spent plenty of time entertaining herself and letting her imagination run wild with any pencil or crayon she could get her hands on. This, together with her grandmother being a talented artist, was all Alicia really needed to develop a passion, though she would call it an obsession with art. Alicia Beech art is a form of meditation for her and at the start of each piece, she never really knows what the finished product is going to look like. Hearing Alicia talk about her love of painting and disappearing down the rabbit hole when she works, is about as beautiful as the art she creates.
