The Magic Of Morocco Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Magic Of Morocco Tour for 2018. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

- Tour prices are based on twin share occupancy for all accomodation provided. Due to the boutique nature of the selected hotels and villas, twin share is compulsory.

- Your reservation is not confirmed until the $1000 non refundable deposit has been paid, and your booking form signed and completed. The booking form will be emailed to you once your $1000 non refundable deposit has been paid online. 

- This deposit of $1000 cannot be refunded, transferred or credited for any reason.

- A second payment of $2690 is due on/before 15th October 2017.

- The balance of $2690 is due on/before 5th January 2018. Payment must be made in full by this date. No exceptions.

- Smaller payments may be made in this time, as long as you have paid the compulsory amount by each due date. To make smaller payments, please email Jess at jess@jumbledonline.com with your full name and the amount you would like to pay. A comprehensive record of payments will be made available to you at your request. 

- Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or Cash. Unfortunately EFT is not available.

- Any cancellations must be provided in writing. Cancellations before 10th April 2018 will only be refunded 50% of the tour price. Cancellations after 10th April 2018 will not be refunded.

- Travel insurance is necessary, and is not included in the tour package. We recommend you obtain your travel insurance at the time of booking. This is the sole responsibility of the traveller.

 - Arrival and departure transfers are only included if they are on the first & last date of the tour (arrival and departure Casablanca). If arrival and/or departure is on a different day or to/from a different port we can arrange airport transfers at an additional cost.

 - It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, with at least 6 months validity beyond travel time.

- If you hold a passport other than an Australian passport, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold any applicable tourist travel visas, or re-entry visas. 

- Vaccinations and general health issues are the sole responsibility of the traveller.

- There is minor flexibility in the outlined activities planned. Should a more unique opportunity arise, we may slightly alter the schedule however decisions will be made in the interest of enriching your experience. 

- This trip relies on 12 participants. If numbers are not met, we reserve the right to either cancel the trip or request a surcharge.
